Abstract
Repeated sublethal doses of Na and Cu pentachlorophenates and pentabromophenol were given to 3 young bulls in their drinking water for approx. 5 weeks. Dosage 7.6 mg./kg./day. No significant deviations from normal were found in pulse, respiration rate, temp., urine or blood counts. Necropsy revealed no toxic effects. These compounds can probably be used safely as molluscacides provided reasonable precautions are taken in their admn. Keywords
