Abstract
The synthesis and properties of a water-soluble fluorogenic amine, 7-aminocoumarin-4-methanesulfonic acid (ACMS, 5) are described. Several peptide amides of 5 were synthesized and examined as new fluorogenic substrates for chymotrypsin, trypsin and related enzymes. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
