Abstract
The case of a 43-year-old white male who developed a mycotic aneurysm at the bifurcation of the brachial artery in the right forearm following treated bacterial endocarditis and proven by arteriography is reported. A short discussion and review of reported cases of mycotic aneurysm in the upper extremities is also presented.Keywords
