Abstract
Blood cell isozymes, red cell antigens, immunoglobulin allotypes and marker chromosomes are suitable tools to monitor bone marrow engraftment and marrow graft quality. Data on genetic markers from 26 patients who underwent bone marrow transplantation as a treatment for acute leukemia are presented.
