Abstract
A normal-phase HPLC system using a microparticulate silica column and a modified butyl chloride mobile phase was applied to the determination of acetaminophen in various dosage forms. The method is accurate, precise, stability-indicating and takes less than 30 minutes for most samples. Sample preparation consists of dissolving the drug from the matrix and dilution to an appropriate volume. Keywords
