Abstract
Schizaphis graminum (Rondani) were collected from grain sorghum plants and measured volumetrically in an Imhoff sedimentation cone containing alcohol. The mean number (± standard dedation) of green bugs per milliliter was 1151.4±178.5. Two methods were tested to remove green bugs from grain sorghum plants for volumetric measurements.
