Abstract
N̅N potentials which describe non-resonant part of scattering data at low energies (EL≲ 600 MeV) are presented. Their real components are determined by the Ueda-Green NN OBEP. About their imaginary components we consider two types of impact structure corresponding to central and peripheral annihilations. Using the potentials we study N̅N bound states. As a result we find that the N̅N potential associated with the peripheral imaginary component is in favor for explaining both bound and scattering data including the barionium sates with narrow decay widths.
