Abstract
Thirty-one cases are now available, the present report having added 2. Cyanosis from childhood or early adult life with clubbing and polycythemia are the most important features. A chest murmur may be heard, there is an invariable capacity found in the X-ray of the lungs. Associated vascular lesions in the skin, mucous membranes and especially the lips are common. Surgery is curative. It must be differentiated from congenital heart disease and polycythemia vera.Keywords
