Abstract
Electrophoresis expts. showed that the peptic activity was carried by a protein of acid nature, but no isoelectric point was found. Some inactive protein or protein decomposition material was found to be present even in the purest crystalline prepns. investigated. This impurity was removed by electrophoresis and the specific activity raised by 31-69%.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
