Abstract
To overcome certain discrepancies between experiment and the predictions of conventional 2-component neutrino theory, a "twin neutrino" theory is proposed. In the more general formulation of this theory in part I, two different 2-component neutrinos , of opposite screw-sense are introduced, together with their antiparticles , . In beta decay, one of these is coupled by and interactions, the other by and interactions. This eliminates all interference terms.
