Abstract
Rabbits were immunized with highly purified macroglobulin preparations isolated from the sera of patients with macroglobulinemia. The antisera produced two lines with the homologous. macroglobulins, and one line only with the heterologous macroglobulins. Exhaustive absorption with normal [gamma]1-globulin rendered the antisera specific for the homologous macroglobulins. Keywords
