Abstract
An excellent maternal and perinatal outcome is reported in a group of grand multipara of low socioeconomic status. These observations on a group of patients who are traditionally considered to be high risk show that in a healthy population with access to modern medical care and hospital delivery, a favorable outcome can be achieved despite a low socioeconomic or refugee status. Keywords
