Abstract
An electron- and gamma-spectroscopic study of the levels of populated by the 13-hour electron-capturing isomer has been made. The levels observed support previous studies on the levels as observed in decay. Evidence for weakly populated levels around 2 Mev is reported, which indicates that the decay energy of the isomer is greater than 2 Mev. On the basis of the spins and parities of the levels populated, the isomer is assigned spin 3, negative parity.
