Abstract
A simple, inexpensive analog subtraction circuit for measuring the Seebeck coefficient of semiconductors as a function of temperature is described. The circuit and an X‐Y plotter are the only electronics needed to acquire the data. An accuracy of better than 1% can be achieved. Keywords
