Abstract
Pyeloplasty by a dismembered Y-V plasty technique to correct congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction [in humans] was used for 8 yr with uniform success. The routine use of a nephrostomy and splinting catheter offers many advantages and no significant disadvantages. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
