Abstract
Electrocardiograms of 79 consecutively admitted patients with diffuse lung diseases were analyzed. The frontal plane P-wave axis and the P-wave configuration in limb and precordial leads emerged as the common denominator for the large majority of the group. Other abnormalities were common but not so characteristic. Keywords
