Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 66-year-old right-handed man was admitted to the hospital because of increasing motor dysfunction of the left extremities.He was well until five years earlier, when he began to notice rigidity and discomfort of the right upper extremity that were most pronounced at the shoulder. The rigidity worsened, and a rapid-action tremor developed in the right upper extremity and increased in amplitude with intention.
