Abstract
The dissemination and growth of a line of AKR mouse lymphoma cells serially transplanted in isologous hosts have been examined by spleen colony assay. Normal recipients were given intravenous injections of 106 lymphoma cells. The number of cells with colony-forming capacity in suspensions of spleen, femoral marrow, thymus, and blood 2 hours later was a fraction (f) of the number of colony-forming cells injected. Measured values of this fraction were:Keywords
