Abstract
It was found that a molecular sieve effect is primarily determinative for the separation of peptides by Sephadex columns if specific reciprocal effects are excluded by a suitable choice of the medium. Up to 150 [mu]moles of peptide per run can separated by Sephadex columns. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
