Clinical features and repair of ventricular septal defect and left ventricular aneurysm complicating myocardial infarction.

Abstract
A 52-year-old man developed a ventricular septal defect and ventricular aneurysm after myocardial infarction. The two defects were repaired through the left ventricular aneurysm using hypothermic techniques. Only two similar cases have been previously reported.Keywords
