Abstract
Isolated hepatocyte systems are being examined in our laboratory for a number of applications, including alternatives to animal test ing. This report summarizes findings from studies with chlorinated aliphatics, acetaminophen, nitrotoluenes, and cyanide and its anti dotes that relate to in vivo toxicity and validation of these systems for cytotoxicity screening. Keywords
