Abstract
This is a report of a case of massive infarction of the right ventricle and atrium, expanded to include similar cases found in the literature. The clinical manifestations are believed to confirm views expressed by others that peripheral congestive failure is not immediately related to failure of the right ventricle. The diagnostic value of the electrocardiogram in this lesion is examined. Keywords
