Abstract
Antisera to specific proteins in herpes simplex infected cells were produced by immunization of rabbits with infected rabbit kidney cells. These antisera were highly virus specific and produced up to 12 lines in immunodlffuslon tests against Infected cell extracts. Acrylamide electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresls revealed up to 10 virus specific proteins of varying size.
