Abstract
RECENTLY, Beierwaltes and his associates1 described three patients in whom they used a new radioisotope analogue of ehloroquine, 125I NM-113,† for the detection of malignant skin melanomas. Their results for detecting the extent of the lesion as well as for scanning for nodal metastasis are extremely promising. It is thought that 125I NM-113 might be useful in detecting choroidal melanomas, in differentiating other pigmented lesions and in evaluating a blind, painful eye with opaque medium for the presence of tumor. The purpose of this communication is to present the results in three patients with primary ocular melanoma in whom this . . .Keywords
