Abstract
Right spinothalamic tract section in a woman suffering pain in left inguinal region and leg was followed by persistence of pain on the left, and loss of temp. and pain sensitivity on the right side. Left spinothalamic tract section then abolished ipsilat. pain and temp. sense.Keywords
