Abstract
Summary Giardiasis, even when asymptomatic, is a public health problem in hospital personnel. With the aim of avoiding the occasional toxic effects of atabrine, amodiaquin was administered in a single dose of 0.6 gm. to 15 adults harboring Giardia lamblia, resulting in the cure of only 5, or 33 per cent. Keywords
