A case of coronary artery embolism associated with atrial fibrillation, rheumatic heart disease, and arterial embolism is described. Reported cases are briefly reviewed and the rarity of the condition, except when associated with subacute bacterial endocarditis, stressed. The possibility of embolectomy is suggested. Keywords
