CHEMOTHERAPY OF EXPERIMENTAL TUBERCULOSIS .5. ISONICOTINIC ACID HYDRAZIDE (NYDRAZID) AND RELATED COMPOUNDS

Abstract
Most active of a class of compounds showing high antituberculous activity was isonicotinic acid hydrazide. Aromatic hydrazides and related compounds were studied. The minimal effective dose of Nydrazid was 1/700 that of p-aminosalicylic acid.
