Abstract
The optimum temp. for the growth of Rhizobium trifolii, R. phaseoli, R. leguminosarum, and Rhizobium sp. from Dalea was between 29[degree] and 31[degree]C, and no growth occurred at 39[degree]C. The optimum temp. for R. meliloti was about 35[degree] and no growth was observed at 41[degree]. 28[degree]C is recommended where studies are made with several spp. The temp. characteristic, [mu], over the 15[degree] to 25[degree]C range was approx. 16,900 calories. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
