Abstract
Excited levels of have been investigated in the reaction and observed up to 4027 keV excitation energy. A decoupled band, based on the 188.1 keV intrinsic state has been observed up to spin . An interpretation of the experimental results is proposed in the framework of the axial symmetric rotor plus particle model using deformed self-consistent quasiparticle states.
