Abstract
All types of enterococci and Streptococcus lactis are resistant to penicillin (an extract from cultures of Penicillium notatum descr. by Fleming); growth of Str. viridans is hindered. K tellurite broth (1:1000) permits the growth of enterococci, but not of Str. lactis and most of the members of the viridans group. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
