Abstract
The electronic energy bands are calculated for the high T c superconducting materials La2CuO4, YBa2Cu3O8 and YBa2Cu3O6 by the LMTO-ASA method. The Cu:3d (x2-y2, 3z2-r2) bands show several varieties near the Fermi energy.Keywords
