Approximation by Sequences of Padé Approximants in Regions of Meromorphy

Abstract
It is shown that sequences {Pmn(z)} of Padé approximants with m → ∞ and n → ∞ approximate a function f(z) inside a certain circle of meromorphy with centre at z = 0. Extensions of this result are discussed.Keywords
