Abstract
A modified cup method is described which is based on zone of inhibition produced by diffusion of streptothricin out into an agar plate seeded with Bacillus subtilis spores. A standard curve employing different levels of a standard streptothricin prepn. is made each day and unknowns are measured in terms of the arbitrarily designated standard streptothricin unit. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
