Abstract
SummaryGarnet porphyroblasts, containing elongate ilmenite inclusions arranged in an essentially spherical pattern, are described. The garnets are post-tectonic, and the inclusion pattern is the result of deformation and simultaneous replacement of the matrix by the growing porphyroblast. Keywords
