Observation of the correlation function of a singular-fluctuation system with diverging moments

Abstract
We introduce the correlation function defined by fractional cumulants and apply it for a model having violent spatial fluctuations with diverging average and variance. The weak correlation, which has never been observed by conventional methods, is observed numerically.Keywords
