Abstract
Corporate actors are usually analysed from either the rationalistic or normative perspective. This paper proposes a third - emotional - perspective as a complementary point of departure. It also shows, with the help of sundry examples, the many different ways in which corporate actors are in fact emotion-motivated emotion managers. Keywords
