Abstract
An HPLC method for the determination of Vitamin B1, caffeine, acetylsalicylic acid and salicylic acid in tablets containing all four drugs is reported. After optimization of the variables involved, the method has been characterized and validated in terms of calibration (Standard Addition Methodology), repeatability and selectivity, and finally, applied to the quality control of the final product. Keywords
