The National Leadership Commission's Health Care Plan

Abstract

The National Leadership Commission on Health Care, which I have discussed before,¹ has just released its final report.² The report is an effort by a blue ribbon panel of private citizens and health professionals representing most of the important components of the health care system to reach consensus on the goals and general structure of a new national health system.
