Abstract
A patient with a persistent form of atrial standstill is presented. The rarity of this arrhythmia is emphasized and the possible mechanisms involved and the diagnostic criteria are discussed. Vorgestellt wird ein 70jähriger Patient, bei dem die diagnostischen Kriterien eines chronischen Vorhofstillstandes erfüllt sind. Es wird auf die Seltenheit dieser Rhythmusstörung hingewiesen, der Wert verschiedener diagnostischer Kriterien diskutiert und die möglichen elektrophysiologischen Grundlagen besprochen.This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
