Abstract
Fate maps derived from gynandromorph data are presented for the primordial germ cells and the gonadal mesoderm. The map position of the primordial germ cells coincides with their known location in the blastoderm embryo. These data support the hypothesis that the fate map reflects the real position of the primordial cells at the blastoderm stage. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
