Abstract
The preparative separation method of cis- and trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane (cis- and trans-dac) of commercially available dac preparations is reported by means of the selective complex formation of each dac with Ni(II) ions. cis- and trans-dac were separated as yellow Ni (cis-dac)2Cl2 and violet Ni(trans-dac)2(H2O)2Cl2 complexes respectively, which were precipitated preferentially under the appropriate conditions. Keywords
