Abstract
The infectivity of adenovirus type 12 and type 18 could be titrated sensitively and accurately by the use of human embryonic kidney cell cultures. Both tube titration and plaque titration could be used. The detailed techniques of the titrations are described. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
