Abstract
Exptl. animals received nine 0.25-ml. intraperitoneal injections of 0.01 % solution of adrenalin chloride over a period of nine days, while control animals received the same dosage of physiological saline over the same duration of time. Behavioral measures were taken before and after injections. "The results show that this treatment produces significantly increased seizure susceptibility in the gray rat [[image] = 4], and significantly increased nervousness regardless of strain.".
