The optimal substrate, hydrogen ion, and coenzyme concentrations for Lactate Dehydrogenase and Alpha-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase have been established at the physiological temperature 37°C, using an LKB 8600 Reaction Rate Analyzer.Keywords
