Abstract
Ten cases of Down's syndrome with sporadic (GqGq) translocations have been encountered in the author's laboratory over the past 8 years. The application of quinacrine banding technique on nine available cases revealed that in each instance two 21 chromosomes were involved in the translocation. Keywords
