Neue manometrische Zweigefäßmethode

Abstract

The modified 2-vessel method measures the production of O2 and CO2 in cells. Experiments were carried out in mouse cells. Balance pressures of CO2 in terms of the bicarbonate-carbonate mixtures, retention of CO2 in bicarbonate-carbonate mixtures, vessel constants of the 2-vessel method and the limits of the method are discussed.
