An electron spin resonance study of the interaction of sulphur dioxide with tetraphenylporphyrincobalt(II)

Abstract
Sulphur dioxide interacts reversibly with tetraphenylporphyrincobalt(II) to form an adduct in which SO2 functions as a donor, while oxygen forms a superoxide complex.
