Abstract
Attention was devoted to a closed linear chain of 2-state enzyme molecules with nearest-neighbor interactions. The 1-dimensional Ising theory could be used. The Bragg-Williams (mean field) approximation was introduced to deal with a 1-, 2-, or 3-dimensional lattice of enzyme molecules, at steady state, with an arbitrary kinetic diagram. The behavior of the flux in a phase transition was noted. Finally, a treatment was given for the 1st effect (2nd viral coefficient) of interactions on the flux in a dilute solution of 2-state enzyme molecules.
