Abstract
We report a case of aggressive pilomatrixoma with two recurrences. This is the first reported case of such a tumor with a basal cell-like histology of recurrences. We propose that this type of tumor be designated “calcifying epitheliocarcinoma of Malherbe” or “pilomatrixoma carcinoma.”.Keywords
